I was little skeptical about ordering online without trying the mattress out first. I have been very pleased with my purchase!! They delivered just as they said they would. They came in and set it up perfectly and both were professional. I bought the medium firmness and it has been great for my back. I would highly recommend buying on line and purchasing from Tempur-Pedic directly.

I absolutely love this mattress! I purchased the first one 11 years ago and thought I had died and gone to heaven! However, I have had serious back problems in the last few years and felt that I needed additional support. I am not disappointed! It has the best support I have ever encountered in a mattress. I also have the adjustable base, which doubles my comfort level. It is pricey, but for me, it is worth every penny.

A good quality mattress, but I would not say it is soft. Perhaps it is because it is an Adapt model; however, it provides good support as advertised.

We upgraded about a week and a half ago from a cheap, Serta mattress and it has been amazing. I'm getting better sleep right off the bat, and I'm no longer bounced awake when my partner gets out of bed. Despite having over 100lb weight difference between my partner and I, we're both getting the support we need and I'm no longer rolling to the middle of the bed!

We are average sized adults (I am 120 pounds, he is 190 pounds and 6 feet tall). We have routinely rotated our mattress, have a box spring as well. I have to "roll up" just to get to the middle of the mattress. Despite adequately documenting and submitting photo evidence of this, Tempur-Pedic refuses to give us a new mattress. So much for honoring their warranty.
To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We will never purchase another product from this company again.

The best test of a mattress is sleeping on something else. We just built a second home and purchased mattresses online-big mistake. Never slept well in our new home, but when we returned to sleeping on our tempur-pedic I slept like the dead. The online mattresses were lumpy and hot compared to smooth, soft and cool. As they say: "Buy nice or buy twice."

Over the last 5 years I've had pain in my low back, right hip & right ribs. I've been to a chiro, gotten airrosti & massage, bought massagers, a heating pad, a TENS unit, a trochanteric belt, & pain creams, taken muscle relaxers, & have done a lot of different stretches. Nothing worked long term. After getting my Tempurpedic ProAdapt 2.0 Soft & side sleeper pillows it was instantly easier to get comfy & my back & ribs improved greatly right away. My hip was better, but still aggravated. After sleeping on it for about 2 weeks I guess my body relaxed or aligned better bc my low back popped 3 times while stretching the other day. Now nothing hurts! I get a little stove up after sitting all day at work, but nothing hurts. Last night I slept for 11 hours! I haven't slept that long in years & feel great! So glad I finally got a Tempurpedic!

Mattress is sagging right in the middle and in an area, we don't even sleep in, and only after just two years, Sent in pictures showing the defect, how it not only meets the criteria for replacement but exceeds it, yet keep getting the runaround from "Paul in the warranty dept. If they don't resolve this, I will be writing the President of the company. and reporting them to the BBB and CA AG's office of consumer affairs for a full investigation. I am a long-term Temper customer, and this was our second mattress set from them. Their escalation dept rep Glenda seems to care but they have little to no control over their warranty dept and "Paul" seems vindictive and not consumer friendly, they should keep him away from customers...how sad. I've also asked to speak with a manger in the warranty dept twice now and keep getting routed back to "Paul". Tempur-Pedic are you listening, do you even care? Please help!

Purchased a mattress 3 years ago with a 10-year warranty, and I'm beyond disappointed. The mattress has become excessively soft and sinks when I sit or lie on it, causing significant back pain. This is NOT the level of comfort or support I was promised. When I reached out to customer service, I was told the warranty doesn't cover personal comfort issues and that the product hasn't been damaged or lost its shape, so no replacement was possible. I was left with no other options for resolution. Very frustrating experience-what's the point of a warranty if it doesn't actually help with comfort?
